'A Different Species'

The Primark necklace appeared as an entirely different species to me.

It has influenced my work like some strange growth, encouraging embellishment and the spread of pink pigment over one of my original forms.  In retaliation I asserted my aesthetic influence by transforming the original elements through piercing, covering, dipping and painting.
